We are unable to ensure safe delivery to PO Boxes at this time.

Where can I check the balance of my Mojo VIP Card?
You can check this in any Mojo store (just ask the staff member serving you when you present your card) or you can call us on 04 385 3001.
Can I buy products from any Mojo Cafes?
Some of our stores stock a limited range of merchandise (including freshly ground coffee). Stock and availability varies from store to store.
Can I order online and pick up from one of the Mojo stores?
Sorry, as our stores are all individual identities separate from the webstore, we unfortunately cannot offer this service. If you need to make special arrangements for delivery please contact us directly.
What payment system do you use? Is it safe?
Our store is securely hosted by Shopify and certified PCI compliant to ensure a secure environment for processing payments. For additional information on PCI Compliance, visit the PCI Compliance Guide website.
All credit card payments are processed by DPS through a Hosted Payment page. Customers can see their cards being authorised and debited in real time, all in an SSL secure environment.
All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and then encrypted into our Payment gateway providers database only to be accessible by those authorized with special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. After a transaction, your private information will not be stored on our servers.
