Coffee

Our roasters typically batch-roast green origin beans from around the world on daily basis, in a traditional cast-iron drum Probat roaster. Using temperatures of  200 - 275 degrees, moisture levels of the beans, airflow, the length of the roast and the type of bean, all factor in how the flavour profiles of the coffee turn out and any slight change or variation in the recipe can alter the final taste, aroma and acidity of the coffee.

Mojo Blends are a medium to dark roast to enhance the sweetness and balance the acidity. They are a combination origins that create a signature taste profile with chocolate and nutty notes. Lighter roasts boost more acidity and fruit or citrus notes and utilised in more pour over or filter brew methods.
